Role Overview and Responsibilities:

Overview of Role

  • Coordina requerimientos de compra de materia prima de acuerdo con los programas de planeación de producción.
  • Búsqueda de materias primas para nuevos y/o proyectos existentes de acuerdo a especificaciones del departamento de ingeniería.
  • Negociaciones con proveedores para obtener el mejor costo posible para la operación. Considerando calidad y tiempos de entrega para asegurar el flujo de materiales.

  • Actividades de compras iniciales.
  • Busqueda de fuentes estrategicas.
  • Estudio de mercado que incluye el seguimiento de las tendencias de precios para las mercancías asignadas.
  • Desarrollo de proveedores y auditorias.
  • Analisis de costo.
  • Negociaciones de precio.
  • Coordinacion y manejo de precios.
  • Manejar puntos de referencia.
  • Actividades generales de gestión de la base de suministro.
- iniciar y coordinar proyectos de ahorro.
- requisitos de salud y seguridad.

  • Cumplir con los requisitos del EICC.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de procedimientos de ISO/IATF, entrenamiento y otras actividades.
  • Cumplir y ejecutar las estrategias de Be Lean en referencia al departamento de compras.

Competency
Titulado con una formación en ingeniería preferentemente

Sistemas de MRP como SAP, Aprovisionamiento estratégico y desarrollo de proveedores, procesos de compras y contabilidad, habilidades de negociación.

3 a 5 años de experiência en puesto similar.

Bilingüe 95% Ingles/Español escrito y oral preferentemente.

Buenas relaciones públicas y manejo de conflictos.

Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacional.
