Job Title: Sr. Administrator / Sr. Engineer – Endpoint ManagementLocation: Mexico / Romania / Hungary / Poland / Ukraine (Remote)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer/Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS platforms. This role requires deep hands-on experience with modern endpoint management tools and the ability to operate independently in a distributed, global setup.Key ResponsibilitiesLead administration and support of endpoint management solutions for Windows and macOS devices.Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.Administer JAMF for macOS device lifecycle management, security enforcement, and software distribution.Define and maintain endpoint security baselines, patching strategies, and compliance controls.Monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve device, OS, and MDM-related issues.Support endpoint lifecycle processes including provisioning, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams to improve endpoint reliability and user experience.Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.Participate in incident response and root cause analysis related to endpoint issues.Ensure endpoints align with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management / EUC / Device Management roles.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management.Strong hands-on experience with JAMF for macOS endpoint management.Solid understanding of Windows OS and macOS administration.Experience managing endpoint compliance, security policies, and patching.Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues in enterprise environments.Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams.
