Position: Coordinating DoctorLocation: Mexico City, Mexico – International SOSGeneral Objective of the Position:Responsible for providing professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence.______________________________________________________________________________________Looking for Doctors w/ Emergency care experience to join International SOS in March 2026 Full-Time at our Mexico City, Mexico (Polanco area) office Responsibilities:OperationsProvide empathetic and high-quality service to company clientsReceive and assess relevant medical calls from clientsGather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event/incidentOffer telephone medical evaluation and consultation to designated patients worldwide, assessing and monitoring treatment suitability at their locationAdvise callers, family members, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clientsPrepare medical reports, arrange referrals, monitor patient conditions, recommend appropriate medical transport methods, and track their progressRequired Skills and KnowledgeCustomer focusTelephone etiquetteStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage own schedule and time to meet objectivesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environmentAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft OfficeRequired Work ExperienceMinimum 3 years of clinical medical experiencePreferred experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicineRemote medical practice preferredTelemedicine practiceRequired CertificationsLicensed Medical DoctorValid ACLS and BLS certificationsRequired LanguagesNative SpanishAdvanced English
