Position: Coordinating Doctor

Location: Mexico City, Mexico – International SOS

General Objective of the Position:

Responsible for providing professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence.

Looking for Doctors w/ Emergency care experience to join International SOS in March 2026 Full-Time at our Mexico City, Mexico (Polanco area) office

Responsibilities:

Operations

- Provide empathetic and high-quality service to company clients
- Receive and assess relevant medical calls from clients
- Gather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event/incident
- Offer telephone medical evaluation and consultation to designated patients worldwide, assessing and monitoring treatment suitability at their location
- Advise callers, family members, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clients
- Prepare medical reports, arrange referrals, monitor patient conditions, recommend appropriate medical transport methods, and track their progress

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Customer focus
- Telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own schedule and time to meet objectives
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office

Required Work Experience

- Minimum 3 years of clinical medical experience
- Preferred experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine
- Remote medical practice preferred
- Telemedicine practice

Required Certifications

- Licensed Medical Doctor
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications

Required Languages

- Native Spanish
- Advanced English
