This role is highly focused on soft skills, relationship-building, and keeping operations running smoothly.🔧 Key Responsibilities📅 Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders✉️ Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other channels🔄 Support operational workflows by sharing information and keeping teams aligned🤝 Act as a key point of contact with a positive, polished, and professional approach✈️ Assist with coordination related to travel and occasional in-person activities in Miami🧩 What We’re Looking For⏳ 1+ year of experience in coordination, operations, or similar roles🗣️ Excellent written and spoken English🌟 Strong soft skills: proactive, organized, people-focused🎯 Ability to anticipate needs, take ownership, and follow through🌎 Based in Mexico (remote), with availability to travel to Miami🛂 Valid U.S. visa💰 Salary Range: $17,000 – $23,000 MXN
