About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily coordination and communication across teams. This role is highly focused on soft skills, relationship-building, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other channels
- Support operational workflows by sharing information and keeping teams aligned
- Act as a key point of contact with a positive, polished, and professional approach
- Assist with coordination related to travel and occasional in-person activities in Miami

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in coordination, operations, or similar roles
- ️ Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong soft skills: proactive, organized, people-focused
- Ability to anticipate needs, take ownership, and follow through
- Based in Mexico (remote), with availability to travel to Miami
- Valid U.S. visa

Salary Range: $17,000 – $23,000 MXN
