We partner with fast-growing companies to deliver exceptional talent solutions, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team.About the Role:As a Recruiter at Biscayne Staffing, you will manage the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified profiles to clients. You’ll play a critical role in helping us identify top talent, maintain strong candidate relationships, and ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients.Responsibilities:Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other creative channelsScreen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our tracking systemPresent candidate summaries and resumes to clients in a clear, professional formatCollaborate with leadership to understand client needs and align candidate searches accordinglySupport the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through offer acceptanceQualifications:2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) — staffing or professional services preferredStrong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platformsExcellent communication skills in English & SpanishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches at onceExperience recruiting for accounting/finance, legal, or SaaS/tech roles a plusComfortable working independently in a remote environmentWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work directly with U.S. clients and fast-growing companiesFlexible remote role, with preference for candidates in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, or similar)Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with room to growCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives
