Executive Recruiter – Biscayne Staffing Location: Remote (Mexico) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: Biscayne Staffing is a Miami-based recruiting and staffing firm specializing in legal, accounting, finance, legal, SaaS/tech, and professional services placements. We partner with fast-growing companies to deliver exceptional talent solutions, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. About the Role: As a Recruiter at Biscayne Staffing, you will manage the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified profiles to clients. You’ll play a critical role in helping us identify top talent, maintain strong candidate relationships, and ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients. Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other creative channels Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our tracking system Present candidate summaries and resumes to clients in a clear, professional format Collaborate with leadership to understand client needs and align candidate searches accordingly Support the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through offer acceptance Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) — staffing or professional services preferred Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches at once Experience recruiting for accounting/finance, legal, or SaaS/tech roles a plus Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Why Join Us: Opportunity to work directly with U.S. clients and fast-growing companies Flexible remote role, with preference for candidates in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, or similar) Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
