Reporting into the International Sales Director, you’ll set direction, align resources, and work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into execution. How you’ll do that? An average week might include:Identifying and executing expansion and revenue growth opportunitiesManaging relationships with distributor partners and key accountsSupporting the development of pricing strategiesDeveloping market-specific business plans to expand market sharePreparing and delivering monthly performance reports and sales forecastsCoordinating medical education programs and sales training activitiesManaging distributor contracts and commercial agreementsEstablishing goals and performance metricsThis is a very visible role in the business and one where you could have real impact.
