As we scale across the U.S., we’re hiring a Recruiter to support our continued growth across teams.About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to manage full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles, primarily across sales, operations, and support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys sourcing top talent, and takes ownership of the hiring process end to end.What You’ll DoProactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreachOwn full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offersPartner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and prioritiesManage job postings, pipelines, and candidate communicationMaintain and improve ATS workflows and recruiting processesDeliver a strong candidate experience from first touch through onboardingContinuously test and improve sourcing strategies and outreach messagingSupport onboarding and other people operations initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)Strong experience with headhunting and proactive sourcing, especially on LinkedInPrior experience recruiting for US-based rolesFluent English (written and spoken)Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple rolesExperience using ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and SlackStartup mindset with strong ownership and adaptabilityRequirementsFull-time availabilityStable internet and professional remote setupWhat We OfferFully remote, full-time roleAutonomy and ownership in a growing startupExposure to cross-functional recruiting across U.S. marketsCollaborative, international teamOpportunities for growth as the company scales
