The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities also include managing operational processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business and sustained growth.QualificationsProficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysisStrong skills in operational planning, process optimization, and workflow managementExcellent communication, leadership, and team management abilitiesExperience with financial software and attention to detail in financial reportingAbility to work on-site in Querétaro, MexicoExperience in automotive industry or alike preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Previous experience in operations and finance management rolesFamiliarity with international business practices and collaboration is a plus
