What You’ll Do✔️ Lead L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance modules✔️ Own customer engagement and translate business needs into solutions✔️ Ensure compliance with CFDI, SAT requirements, tax rules, statutory reports✔️ Support month-end and year-end close processes✔️ Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders✔️ Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation & RCA🧠 What We’re Looking For🔹 10+ years as an Oracle EBS Finance techno-functional consultant🔹 Expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Projects🔹 Strong understanding of Mexico localization (CFDI, Tax, Withholding)🔹 Technical skills in PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Shell scripting🔹 Great communication skills + customer-first mindset
