What You'll Do

Lead L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance modules

Own customer engagement and translate business needs into solutions

Ensure compliance with CFDI, SAT requirements, tax rules, statutory reports

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation & RCA

What We're Looking For

10+ years as an Oracle EBS Finance techno-functional consultant

Expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Projects

Strong understanding of Mexico localization (CFDI, Tax, Withholding)

Technical skills in PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Shell scripting

Great communication skills + customer-first mindset
