The Sales Advisor will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, presenting real estate options, closing sales, offering exceptional customer service, and participating in training to stay updated on products and market trends.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present information and respond effectively to clients' needsCustomer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales processSolid understanding of sales techniques and ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience in or willingness to participate in continuous training and learning about industry trendsA proactive, results-driven, and organized approach to responsibilitiesPrevious experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatoryProficiency in Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
