Inside Sales Specialist

**Main responsibilities**- Daily support of customers, distributors, and OEM accounts.- Prospecting new leads and sourcing new sales opportunities by determining the Customer needs as well as potential for OEM business.- Work with other departments and teams to solve customer issues by facilitating customer escalations.- Participate in customer visits with RSMs to support both the customer and the RSM as well as to build on customer relationships.- Prospect and qualify potential new customers and distributors.- Manage internal customer lead systems.- Develop positive Customer Relationship for both day to day and long-term business by providing technicPROFILE REQUIRED**Education & Experience**- Technical Degree is preferred, but not required.1-year minimum experience in a business-to-business sales environment.- Prefer 3 years minimum experience in sales, ideally in the fields of machine tool, robotics, or automation.Professional requirements- Effective problem-solving skills.- Strong phone presence.- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish- Presentation skills - both internal and customer facing**Abilities and personal qualities & behaviors**- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Strong organization skills- Team player- Keeps high quality standards is motivated and self-driven, gets the job done attitude.**Specific constraints**- Requires periodic overnight travel for Trade shows and customer visits.- Occasional travel for seminars and/or trainingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,****** - $50,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: On the road
