The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the San Luis Potosi region, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsSales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesStrong negotiation and communication skillsConduct daily on-site visits to prospective customers to introduce our latest robotic solutions and drive sales growth through technical demonstrationsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of factory automation industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering/Automation or equivalent technical field with a strong understanding of mechatronics
