Performance & ScaleOwn CPL, CPQL, CPA, and ROASDecide when to test, hold, scale, or pull backAllocate budget based on performanceScale accounts responsibly without breaking efficiency2. Strategy & Decision-MakingDesign structured testing frameworks (not random tests)Choose campaign structures, optimization events, and bid strategiesMake judgment calls under uncertaintyPush back when data does not support a request3. Tracking, Attribution & Data IntegrityEnsure accurate tracking (Pixel, CAPI, CRM, trackers)Diagnose data discrepanciesSet up and maintain tracking systemsKnow when to trust the data—and when not to4. Creative & Funnel FeedbackAnalyze creative beyond surface metricsProvide clear, actionable feedback to creative strategyUnderstand how messaging, funnels, and sales affect performanceIdentify patterns across ads, angles, funnels, and platforms5.
