AI Video Creative Producer – Facebook Ads

About UsBeccas (joinbeccas.com) is a fintech company helping people build and improve their credit scores through smart, user-friendly software. We're passionate about making financial wellness accessible to everyone.The RoleWe're looking for someone to produce high-volume Facebook ad creatives using AI tools. You'll create 20–30 ad variations per week, run structured tests, and identify winners. You'll work alongside our media buyer and receive training on our workflow.What You'll DoGenerate ad scripts and hooks using AI (ChatGPT, Claude)Create video ads using AI avatar tools (Arcads, HeyGen)Build and post ad variations to Facebook Ads ManagerRun structured A/B tests (hooks, actors, angles)Track results and flag winners/losersMaintain organized creative libraryRequirementsSelf-motivated — you'll own your work on a small teamExperience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)Comfortable learning and using AI toolsBasic understanding of Facebook Ads ManagerProficient in Google Sheets (tracking, organizing data)Organized and detail-orientedAnalytical — can read data and spot patternsStrong English (fluent, written and verbal)Available during US business hoursExperience with paid social adsFamiliarity with direct-response or performance marketingTo ApplySend your portfolio of video work, including any AI video work (Arcads, HeyGen, or similar). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Growth OpportunityWe offer performance bonuses based on ad performance. This role can grow into a Creative Strategist or Creative Lead position as we scale.Pay Range$30,000 – $45,000 MXN/month
