Role SummaryWe are hiring an AI Creative Operator to produce high performing short form video ads using AI tools only.This is a hands on execution role focused on speed, volume, and performance. You will not be responsible for strategy, branding, or long term planning. Your job is to generate, edit, and ship large volumes of ad creatives that are tested and judged purely by results.If you enjoy building fast, iterating constantly, and letting data decide what wins, this role is for you.What You Will DoCreate short form video ads for TikTok and Meta using AI tools onlyGenerate high volumes of hooks, variants, and edits dailyRecreate and remix winning competitor ads using provided referencesUse tools like VEED, CapCut, HeyGen, and similar AI video toolsFollow clear SOPs and creative constraintsShip work fast and improve based on performance feedbackKill underperforming creatives quickly without attachmentWhat You Will Not DoYou will not define marketing strategyYou will not manage ad accounts or budgetsYou will not appear on cameraYou will not do brand storytelling or long form creative workYou will not guess what works without testingTools You Will UseAI video editors such as VEED, CapCut, HeyGenAd inspiration tools such as ForeplayInternal creative briefs and SOPsPerformance dashboards for feedbackExperience with these tools is a plus, but the ability to learn fast matters more.Who This Role Is ForThis role is a great fit if you:Are highly comfortable using modern AI toolsUnderstand TikTok and short form video pacingCan produce many versions of the same idea quicklyDo not get emotionally attached to your workPrefer clear instructions and performance based feedbackEnjoy repetitive execution with constant improvementYou do not need years of marketing experience.
