As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.The RoleWe are seeking a self-motivated and experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations and key initiatives across our global offices in Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

If you're passionate about creating a positive employee experience and contributing to impactful HR projects globally, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage HR programs across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding.Draft employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams.Manage global HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees.Generate HR reports and insights, including employee data, workforce trends, and payroll-related metrics, to inform business decisions.Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Contribute to the design and implementation of engagement and development initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or similar HR role.Experience supporting HR operations in Europe or North America; global experience strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, or equivalent platforms.High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.What we offer:An excellent opportunity to grow your career in Human Resources, with competitive salary and benefits.The chance to work in a global team and gain experience working on HR related matters in the US/UK/Australia and India markets.A strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
