Our ideal candidate is analytical, strategy focused, detail oriented, and a great multi-tasker.Find us at https://www.tambourine.comThis is an On-site position at our Cancun Office.Our New Sales Agents will generate sales primarily through inbound and outbound calls using call center software. To do well in this role you need to have excellent listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase product.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.What we needAt least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
