Digital Product Owner – B2B Applications (CX)Contract-to-Hire | 3-Month CTHLocation: Mexico (Preferred)We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of B2B applications that improve customer experience and streamline core returns and service workflows. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, owning product vision, backlog, and outcomes from concept through launch.You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, CX leadership, IT, and delivery teams to ensure digital solutions meet customer needs, drive operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.What You’ll DoDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B CX applicationsManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customerTranslate business objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaBuild, prioritize, and refine a value-driven product backlog aligned with enterprise goalsEstablish and track KPIs, OKRs, and ROI in partnership with CX and business leadersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, launch, and adoptionValidate backlog readiness, feasibility, and alignment with business valueWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital productsStrong understanding of CX processes, B2B applications, and Agile methodologiesExperience translating business strategy into actionable product featuresExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and financial impactComfort working across technical and non-technical teamsHands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on outcomes and deliveryIf you enjoy owning products end to end, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering digital solutions that actually get used, this role should keep you interested.
