Digital Product Owner – B2B Applications (CX)

Contract-to-Hire | 3-Month CTH

Location: Mexico (Preferred)

We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of B2B applications that improve customer experience and streamline core returns and service workflows. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, owning product vision, backlog, and outcomes from concept through launch.

You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, CX leadership, IT, and delivery teams to ensure digital solutions meet customer needs, drive operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B CX applications
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer
- Translate business objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Build, prioritize, and refine a value-driven product backlog aligned with enterprise goals
- Establish and track KPIs, OKRs, and ROI in partnership with CX and business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, launch, and adoption
- Validate backlog readiness, feasibility, and alignment with business value

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital products
- Strong understanding of CX processes, B2B applications, and Agile methodologies
- Experience translating business strategy into actionable product features
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and financial impact
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on outcomes and delivery
