Responsible for excellence in execution on media to consumer. Enabler to ensure the right execution with shoppers and experts through enable powerful moments of humanity between experts and patients that inspire better everyday health and wellbeing for all.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 

Ensure accomplishment of sell out and market share objectives maximizing Expert Execution.  

• Driving superior in-store execution as a key component of our repeatable growth model (RGM – Out execute) and our core commercial cycle.  

• Ensure the right connection and communication to the Haleon team of the competitive environment with HCPs  

• Ensure accomplishment of call reps fundamentals and bring support for reps.  

• Develop expert team to encourage dentists to give specific brand recommendation as a trusted partner. Inspire expert team to reach the dentist promote our brands.  

• Work with BU Latam team adding value in Latam Expert strategy and maximize local efforts  

• Develop the engagement of the team and creating a personal motivator for each team member to achieve the purpose  

• Work together reps- field work 75% | office work 35

  • Bachelor´s degree 

  • +3 years of professional experience in commercial area 

  • Previous experience leading teams 

  • Advance English level
