What Can You Expect?
  • We are seeking ambitious, forward-thinking individuals to join our team. Based in Santa Fe, you will play a crucial role in our Americas Commercial team, focusing on enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity. You will need to be analytical, provide key insights, and offer strategic recommendations to drive sales success.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRM initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Implement sales enablement tools and strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies and create insightful dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders on strategic projects.


Requirements:
  • Analytical mindset with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in BI and CRM tools like Tableau, SQL, and Cognos.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a degree in a related field.
