Maintenance contract Sales vende soluciones enfocados en servicios post venta mediante teléfono o medios electrónicos a clientes actuales y potenciales, creando y gestionando leads y oportunidades de contratos de servicio desde el inicio hasta el cierre. Realiza un seguimiento con el cliente para identificar requisitos específicos, recopilado información sobre la situación y las necesidades para ajustar propuesta a sus necesidades. Mantiene y fideliza sus cuentas mediante pólizas y renovaciones. Se requiere un perfil que combine habilidades en venta, enfoque y servicio al cliente y conocimiento técnico de productos y servicios para la atención de los mercados de ciencias de la vida

Tu rol:

Debes tener un alto nivel de competencia en comunicación y coordinación con las áreas internas. Identificar necesidades específicas del cliente, establecer y ofrecer los próximos pasos para generar contratos de servicio y ventas. Mantener un rastreo de toda la actividad relacionada con las oportunidades de ventas, CRM (Salesforce)y ERP (SAP). Participar ocasionalmente en eventos comerciales (congresos/convenciones). Comprender la propuesta de valor general de las soluciones que venden y ser capaces de comunicar rápidamente el mensaje. Creación de una asociación confiable con el equipo de ventas local para definir una lista dinámica de cuentas objetivo y un acuerdo sobre estrategias de búsqueda iniciales. Solicitud de alta de clientes, cotizaciones y contratos. Preparación y entregar propuestas de valor en función de las necesidades del cliente. Coordinación con el equipo de ingeniería para la ejecución el contrato. Mapeo, por territorio, de base instalada y nuevos. Administración de documentación original para recuperación de saldos con el equipo de cobranza. Seguimiento solicitudes de servicio y diagnóstico.

Quien eres:

  • Titulo de Ingenieros con perfil comercial
  • Minimo de 3 años de experiencia comercial, preferentemente en el are de pharma, clinica o biotech.
  • Conocimiento en manejos de contratos y/o renovacion.
  • Nivel de Ingles intermedio
  • Buen nivel de comunicacion con clientes externos e internos
  • Conocimiento de alguna herramienta informatica RP (SAP/Salesforce)
