Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator - Content Licensing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our content licensing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing sales orders, preparing contracts and amendments, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Prepare and process contracts, amendments, and product notices for sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Content Licensing: Analyze and process sales orders, verifying availability of intellectual property rights and resolving any clearance or sales issues.
- Collaboration: Liaise with sales administration, legal, finance, and rights management departments to ensure effective contract administration and timely processing of sales orders.
- System Management: Input contractual terms and licensed product data into our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Special Projects: Assist other contract management teams as needed, and perform special tasks and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of contract management or similar experience, preferably in the television distribution or media industry.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Television Distribution Experience: Prior experience in television distribution or other media industries, including international experience.
- SAP Experience: Experience with SAP systems, preferably in an established internal control environment.
