Estamos en busca de un UX Researcher para fortalecer nuestro equipo y llevar nuestras investigaciones de usuario al siguiente nivel

Objetivo del puesto:
Proveer herramientas, procesos y técnicas al equipo para realizar investigaciones de usuarios efectivas.
Relacionar los resultados de investigación para promover una cultura centrada en el usuario y mejorar continuamente nuestros productos.

Supervisar la investigación, el diseño y la documentación de la información obtenida a través de diversas técnicas de investigación de experiencia de usuario.


Principales responsabilidades:


Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar investigaciones generativas y exploratorias con usuarios para identificar necesidades, comportamientos y expectativas respecto a las propuestas de diseño.

Generar reportes de investigación como User Personas, Task analysis, User journey maps, etc.
Organizar y comunicar de manera efectiva los resultados de investigación al equipo y a los stakeholders del proyecto.

Sistematizar el proceso y las prácticas de investigación y adaptarlos al ciclo de desarrollo de productos y a las necesidades de la organización.

Entiender al cliente/usuario identificando sus necesidades, metas, frustraciones y tareas.

Contribuir a la estrategia de producto investigando las metas de negocio y las realidades del cliente para contribuir al roadmap de los productos.

Revisar los productos a través de investigaciones de usuarios y pruebas de usabilidad para tomar decisiones de diseño.

¿Qué necesitas?
Licenciatura en Psicología, sociología, informática, diseño o afín (Cognitiva, Conductual, Social).
Inglés avanzado.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en investigación centrada en el usuario y 2 años trabajando en productos digitales.
Disponibilidad para viajar.

Conocimiento en metodologías de investigación, investigación cualitativa, pruebas de usabilidad, entrevistas a usuarios, análisis de métricas de usabilidad y UX.

Experiencia en diversas herramientas de investigación y diseño como repositorios de investigación, herramientas de colaboración, prototipado, gestión de proyectos, etc.
