Actividades:

  • Propone iniciativas y planes de acción a través de la participación en los procesos de planeación con el equipo VP y MT-1.
  • Lidera, propone y desarrolla mediante el rol de "Business Partner" recomendaciones que provean de valor a las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Asegura la adecuada alineación a la estrategia global de negocio.
  • Define y desarrolla políticas locales que apoyen en el aseguramiento y correcta administración de los procesos de negocio asociados a las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Propone y define mediante la realización de casos de negocio la viabilidad de nuevas iniciativas o proyectos en las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Asesora y promueve una adecuada coordinación y gestión del Portafolio de Proyectos.
  • Define y lidera iniciativas de CPI (mejora continua de procesos) buscando oportunidades que provean de ahorros o eficiencias a los actuales procesos de negocio realizados por CM.
  • Gestiona y soporta a las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM el apego a los planes y estrategias de compañía contribuyendo mediante propuestas y recomendaciones que incrementen el valor económico y financiero de CM.
  • Lidera y gestiona en conjunto el equipo de compensaciones el adecuado seguimiento a las cuentas de balance impactadas en los procesos de sus áreas de responsabilidad.
  • Analiza y gestiona la información financiera y contable consolidada de las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Lidera y coordina procesos de planeación financiera, Presupuesto Anual y estimados de cierre (LE1, LE2, LE3) de las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Monitorea y gestiona la correcta ejecución y alineamiento del gasto de Capex de Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Soporta y gestiona el adecuado mecanismo de gestión financiera para proyectos relacionados a las Funciones Finanzas, Other Support, y GM.
  • Define y monitorea mediante metodología de "E2E" las eficiencias asociadas a los proyectos relacionados las funciones de Soporte y Organización.
  • Soporta en la definición de métricas (E2E, Crecimiento Orgánico etc.) de negocio que apoyan como impulsores de negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Profesionista
  • Experiencia: Al menos 3 años en área finanzas
  • Idioma: Inglés Avanzado
  • Deseable dominio SAP
  • Deseable experiencia previa en contraloría
