We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Automotive Safety Investigations Analyst
What you ́ll do:
- Monitor and analyze daily reports from customers and dealers to identify potential safety concerns.
- Prepare technical and non-technical documentation
- Support Automotive Safety Office in responding to government inquiries with data and technical analysis.
- Interface with Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A) for failure rate projections and investigation support.
- Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSB), Special Service Messages (SSM) and Over the Air (OTA) and facilitate Automotive System Office reviews.
- Facilitate reviews and development and documentation of processes, procedures and training
Preferred experience:
