a)Controlar la recepción de programas EDI de cliente y su imputación en SAP.
b)Revisión de los pedidos de cliente (incrementos, inconsistencias, etc?). Seguimiento a los portales de cliente, cuando aplique.
c)Atención al cliente ante la aparición de problemas con las entregas y escalado interno cuando aplique, gestión de expeditados.
d)Escalado con cliente ante la aparición de problemas internos que afecten a las entregas.
e)Planificar los embarques a cliente, transmitir a almacén las necesidades de envío a clientes y realizar la gestión logística con los transportistas, cuando aplique.
f)Asegurar que el nivel de inventario de producto terminado cumple con los mínimos establecidos en sistema.
g)Gestión del empaque retornable (nivel de inventario, conciliaciones con cliente, empaque alterno, etc.)
h)Generación ASN, documentación de embarques y facturas comerciales.
i)Monitorear el funcionamiento correcto del sistema EDI, informar de anomalías de funcionamiento a cliente y/o en interno para corrección.
j)Mantener actualizado el sistema SAP en todo lo relacionado a las ventas a cliente.
k)Definir o colaborar con la definición de las normas de empaque y etiquetado de los nuevos proyectos.
l)Atención a auditorías externas e internas.
m)Cualquier otra tarea que sea encomendada por niveles jerárquicos superiores, siempre y cuando esté dentro de su nivel y categoría profesional.
n)Hacerse cargo de cualquier actividad ante la falta del responsable para aquellos casos en los que esté señalizado como back-up en la matriz de polivalencia.

Ingeniería o Licenciatura relacionada con el área logística.


Experiencia deseable dos años en empresas de giro automotriz certificadas en IATF 16949 y con experiencia en trato con clientes OEM y/o TIER1.
