This position plays a key role in fostering a strong information security culture by assisting in the development, implementation, and management of Information Security Governance and Risk. It involves collaborating with teams across the company to ensure that security initiatives and projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company standards.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this role encompass, but are not restricted to, the following:
Driving the ongoing enhancement of the risk management process.
- Serving as a communication expert for various stakeholders within the organization.
- Supporting the Security Governance of the ISMS.
- Assisting in the implementation of Information Security Governance strategies and tactics.
- Ensuring adherence to security standards, principles, and practices.
- Contributing to the design, development, and testing of security controls.
- Creating documentation, evaluating, and proposing enhancements for current processes within Information Security.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Background in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Information Security, Internal Audit, Project Management, or Legal.
- Proficient in business English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with security and process frameworks (e.g., ISO).
- Knowledge of risk management concepts and best practices for risk assessment.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of fostering relationships at different organizational levels.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing).
