Job Summary

Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the continuous development of our risk management process and ensuring the application of security standards, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our organization.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Support the Security Governance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and contribute to the development of security controls.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test security controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Information Security, Internal Audit, Project Management, or Legal.
  • Good business English skills (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of security and process frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Experience in performing security assessments/audits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience of building relationships at different levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (speak, read, write).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of risk management concepts and risk assessment best practices.
  • Experience in creating working relationships with peers in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a collaborative environment.
