Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead the development of our next-generation healthcare provider/payer platform. As the Fractional CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the executive team to define the technology strategy and roadmap for the platform.
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of our next-generation healthcare provider/payer platform.
Oversee the design and architecture of the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to enhance the platform.
Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to align technical initiatives with business goals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in evaluating and selecting third-party vendors, tools, and technologies to support platform development.

Requirements:

** MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH Salesforce CRM - software and application focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, and application development.

Proven experience as a CTO or a senior technical leadership role in a healthcare or technology company.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture design.
Strong experience in leading and managing software engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
In-depth understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and standards.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and telemedicine.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
