Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you excited about bringing your sales expertise to a top-notch company that leads the market in both content and technology? Do you have experience boosting sales and revenue in a specific territory? Are you driven by unlimited commissions? If so, we want you.

Join our team for our Mexico expansion project, where you'll uncover new sales opportunities, build pipelines, and seal the deal.

About the Role:

  • Find new sales chances, create a pipeline, and close deals
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly targets consistently
  • Meet or surpass daily contact and activity quotas
  • Engage in coaching, collaborate with team members, and share insights
  • Update all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce promptly and accurately

About You

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Sales (B2C/Cold calling), Retention, Credit & Collections
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Personable, professional, and adaptable
  • Quick learners with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress effectively
  • Compensation includes base salary and performance-based rewards
