At Reckitt, you will utilize your marketing prowess to formulate strategies that resonate globally and drive substantial growth. Your ResponsibilitiesIn essence, your duties will include:
- Steering the brand's direction to achieve financial and market share targets with excellence.
- Promoting strategic development across functions, fostering collaboration to attain commercial success.
- Introducing innovative product launches and impactful communications that connect with consumers and shoppers alike.
- Creating compelling business initiatives founded on consumer insights and market observations.
- Serving and motivating the Sales team through effective customer presentations tailored to each partnership's unique needs.
- Efficiently coordinating brand needs with agency partners to ensure seamless execution of communication and digital strategies.
Requirements include:
- Proven adaptability in steering a brand amidst competitive landscapes.
- A solid track record in Marketing, showcasing successes in Marketing and Sales realms.
- A blend of strategic vision and quick decision-making, supported by a sharp business acumen.
- An insightful understanding of consumer behavior and global market trends.
- Strong communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders effectively.
