Your Role and Responsibilities
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Junior General Ledger Accountant to join our finance squad, focusing on journal entries. You'll play a key role in prepping and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of accounting principles and a drive to learn and excel in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and posting journal entries following accounting standards and company policies.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Help with financial reporting and analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting team members for accurate financial information.
  • Engage in training opportunities to enhance accounting knowledge and skills.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
English B2Accounting Knowledge:
Understanding of accounting principles, double-entry accounting, debits, credits, and the general ledger.Data Entry Skills:
Accurate input of financial data into accounting systems/spreadsheets.Attention to Detail:
Spotting errors in journal entries and promptly reconciling them.Organization skills:
Maintaining well-documented records of journal entries for auditing purposes.Communication skills:
Effective communication with team members and supervisors.Adaptability:
Openness to learning new accounting software and procedures.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Some Relevant Internship Or Entry-level Accounting Experience Preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.Ability in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
