CFE Agreement Adm Coordinator

Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to External Compliance Manager, CFE Agreement Adm Coordinatores is the person responsible for supporting the coordination of all activities related to requirements and obligations of commercial relationship (PDA/TSA) with ENGIE's main client for Cuxtal II Project, that is, the CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad).

Responsabilities and Job Functions:

  • Carry out the execution of final versions contracts with the CFE until the final rates unification of: a) PDA (Project Development Agreement); and b) TSA (Transportation Services Agreement).
  • Support with monitoring that all elements contemplated in contracts with CFE are satisfied in a timely manner, which must be reported in a timely manner, according to the project execution plan.
  • Prepare information and documentation to address requests, regular follow-up meetings / work tables / control tables with the CFE related to the Cuxtal II Project contract, to establish monitoring and control of actions that arise.
  • Propose and develop appropriate monitoring with other Engie's area, in order to guarantee compliance with terms established in contract with the CFE based on, among others, governance and ethics, technique, cost, contracts and security.
  • Coordinate reporting needs to monitor the progress of the Project, as contractually established with CFE.

Ocupational Profile:

Education preferably in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Degree in administration, Lawyer or related field

Desirable experience in energy sector projects, preferably natural gas transportation, preferably with CFE

Desirable knowledge of Mexican energy regulation

Proven experience in management and control of rates and project contracts, preferably energy (oil & gas, natural gas transportation)

Microsoft Office advanced level

10 years experience in similar position

Advanced English
