Perfil:

*El técnico de mantenimiento será el responsable de ejecutar los mantenimientos correctivos, preventivos y predictivos del departamento, siempre buscando la mejora de los sistemas para garantizar la operación continua de los equipos y mantenerlos disponibles para su operación.



*Género: indistinto



*Escolaridad: Indispensable preparatoria terminada/TSU



*Experiencia de año y medio en adelante laborando dando mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivos en el área de producción



*Rol de turnos de lunes a sábado 3 turnos



Conocimientos:



Ejecutar los mantenimientos asignados en tiempo y forma

Cumplimiento cabal a las normas de seguridad e higiene del área.

Participación en proyectos de mejora de su área

Participación en el cumplimiento de los KPI del área

Involucramiento en definir las refacciones criticas de los equipos bajo su responsabilidad.

Constante comunicación con su supervisor y planeador para mejoras en los planes de mantto

Colaborar con los demás departamentos en proyectos de mejora o resolución de problemas

Crear y documentar los procedimientos de mejoras de sus actividades diarias.

Dar soporte al supervisor de mantenimiento en actividades que lo ameriten

Es responsable de mantener equipos y herramientas en buen estado y hacer un buen uso de ellas.

Cumplimiento a los programas internos del departamento

Ejecución de mantenimiento autónomo de su área a cargo
