Responsible for managing maintenance KPI ́S as a % Up time, % Accomplishment MP Program, %

Accomplishment critical spare parts, usd maintenance cost drivers (energy, water, equipment parts, oil grease coolants

etc), Responsible for managing and control expenses regarding utilities, critical spare parts, building and no production

equipment, purchasing services, PLC (Programming Logic Control), CNC (Computer Numerical Control), Pneumatic,

Hydraulic, mechanical, lubrication Electronic Servo Systems, Automation equipment's, Air compressors, Fire and

Associated Perils, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, TPM as a IATF Clause Total Productive Maintenance

Strategic vision, Systemic thinking, Empathetic with the people, Strategic Thinking, Union Worker

instruction, Time Management, Safety policies / Culture, Expenses management budget, 5S, process procedures

development, cause-and-effect analysis, CAPEX Projects, focus on manufacturing cost reduction.

Educational Degree Required (Minimum):

Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineer

And/or Work Experience Equivalency (Minimum):

3 years

Job-Related Experience Required (Provide Specific Detail): To have worked in the metal working industry
