Sales Manager

AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO

Buscamos una persona para cubrir la posición como Gerente Comercial Nacional de Ventas es el encargado de vender helicópteros nuevos en el Territorio de la República Mexicana, coordinar, dirigir y supervisar el trabajo de los vendedores, procurando ser una herramienta de cierre y seguimiento. También es el responsable de encontrar nuevas oportunidades de, penetración del producto en el mercado. En base a las condiciones económicas y políticas es también el encargado de realizar las proyecciones a futuro.

We are looking for a person to fill the position as National Commercial Sales Manager, responsible for selling new helicopters in the Territory of the Mexican Republic, coordinating, directing and supervising the work of sellers, trying to be a closing and monitoring tool. He is also responsible for finding new opportunities for product penetration into the market. Based on economic and political conditions, it is also responsible for making future projections.

La persona que buscamos debe cumplir con el siguiente perfil:

  • Escolaridad: Mercadotecnia terminada, ingeniero aeronáutico o afín
  • Experiencia comprobable de 10 años mínimos.
  • Persona con conocimiento del idioma Inglés y español a nivel avanzado.
  • Conocimientos y/o experiencia en el sector aeroespacial
  • Capacidad en ventas con tenacidad, profesionalismo y contactos
  • Conocimiento de paquetería Office
  • Persona para adaptarse y movilidad.
  • Capacidad de dar resultados. A través de vender lo que se tenía prospectado y en algunos años más.
  • Capacidad para elevar y mantener la satisfacción del cliente
  • Education: Completed marketing, aeronautical engineer or similar
  • Verifiable experience of at least 10 years.
  • Person with knowledge of the English and Spanish language at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the aerospace sector
  • Sales capacity with tenacity, professionalism and contacts
  • Knowledge of Office packaging
  • Person to adapt and mobility.
  • Ability to deliver results. Through selling what was prospected and in a few more years.
  • Ability to raise and maintain customer satisfaction

  • Desarrollo de clientes y nuevos mercados.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de los clientes.
  • Seguimiento de propuestas.
  • Dar seguimiento a los clientes y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las leyes y reglamentos en materia de seguridad operacional en las áreas bajo su responsabilidad
  • Llevar a cabo la gestión de riesgos de gestión operacional
  • Alentar la cultura del reporte, para que los empleados comuniquen la presencia de problemas de seguridad operacional
  • Asegurar que se lleven a cabo acciones de mitigación en las áreas de trabajo y que estas se adopten de forma oportuna
  • Development of clients and new markets.
  • Keep customer information updated.
  • Monitoring of proposals.
  • Follow up on clients and business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply and enforce laws and regulations regarding operational safety in the areas under their responsibility.
  • Carry out operational management risk management
  • Encourage a culture of reporting, so that employees communicate the presence of operational safety problems
  • Ensure that mitigation actions are carried out in work areas and that these are adopted in a timely manner
