We're seeking for a Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montblanc.

MAIN PURPOSE


The Business Analyst & Sales Coordinator provides direct support to the LATAM commercial team and to the Sales Director.

He/She, also provides support to the supply chain and marketing team on special projects.


Key responsibility 1: Sales Report and Analysis.

  • Support to the commercial team with sales reporting and analysis. (Sell in, sell out, Sales performance, etc).
  • Compilation of business reviews for presentation; creation and maintenance of a variety of Excel spreadsheets on monthly basis.
  • Implement and develop digital sales reporting tools within the LATAM & Mexico partners.
  • Orders upload and confirmation for wholesale partners LATAM

Key responsibility 2: Customer Care & Service

  • Responsible of the Customer Care & Service follow up for all LATAM partners and resellers.
  • Improve the lead times for all customer service requests.
  • Follow up all sales force requests.

Key responsibility 3: Friends and Family

  • Organize and prepare Special Sales such as Friends and Family, employee sales, etc

Key responsibility 4: Administrative Support

  • Support to the Commercial Director with expenses report.
  • Support to the commercial team organizing travel agendas; booking air tickets and hotels.
  • PO creation and follow up for the commercial department.
