About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst II to join our team at MX001 MARSH MEXICO, AGENTE DE SEGUROS Y DE FIANZAS. As a Business Analyst II, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial teams in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze client risks and develop insurance solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Support commercial teams in bidding and renewal processes to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business terminology and concepts.
