1. Garantizar la competitividad de las cotizaciones arriba de 1 ton, platicando con todas las partes involucradas (CCL, ventas, pricing, oficinas foraneas, aerolineas, etc.).
2. Involucrarse personalmente en las cotizaciones arribas de 5 tons.
3. Negociar con las aerolineas las mejores tarifas, servicios y espacios.
4. Maximizar la utilizacion de nuestros allotments/capacidad programada para aumentar la margen (GP/kg) y garantizar la competetividad de nuestras cotizaciones (sea spot y/o licitaciones).
5. Asegurar que el tiempo de respuesta de las cotizaciones al cliente interno sea lo más rapido posible, dentro del SLA (Service Level Agreement) acordado entre las parte involucradas.
