TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades y autoridad

 Supervisar y programar las actividades del personal a su cargo trabajando con calidad y seguridad en el mantenimiento delos equipos.  Mantener el funcionamiento y disponibilidad del equipo asignado a su área.

 Coordinar y supervisar las actividades del programa de mantenimiento.

 Supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento de acuerdo al Sistema de Calidad IATF 16949.

 Detectar necesidades de capacitación / entrenamiento y da soporte técnico a la educación del personal a su cargo.

 Participar en programas de mejora continua.

 Elaboración de los Programas y Procedimientos de Mantenimiento.

 Definir las actividades de Mantenimiento en coordinación con los Departamentos.

 Actualizar y verificar listados de refacciones para cada equipo

 Dar seguimiento a los tiempos caídos implementando mejoras para la reducción de los mismos.

 Participar en la definición de inventario de refacciones y materiales requeridos en el departamento.

 Generar las tareas para mantenimiento preventivo al equipo.

 Actualizar las tareas de mantenimiento, así como los periodos de su aplicación.

 Llevar el control de salidas y entradas de los equipos y maquinaria asignados a su área.

 Mantener y controlar las herramientas del personal a su cargo en condiciones de trabajo

 Revisar que los mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos sean aplicados correctamente.

 Llevar la nómina del personal a su cargo y solicita tiempo extra.

 Participar en los equipos multidisciplinarios para la elaboración de PPAP, APQP, PSW, 8'Ds.

 Participar en trabajos de reubicación de Layout (instalaciones eléctricas, neumáticas) concernientes a maquinaria y equipo, trabajos de soldadura.

 Participar en la implementación y modificación por mejoras en la maquinaria y equipo de los procesos.

 Participar como miembro de un comité de mejora continua.

 Promover en los técnicos el cumplimiento de los objetivos ambientales significativos en sus áreas de trabajo y la mejora continua

 Responsable de dar a conocer a los técnicos la política ambiental y los objetivos ambientales

 Tiene en parte autoridad para decisión de su personal como contrataciones, desempeño y acciones disciplinarias.

 Autoridad para detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que este fuera del cumplimiento legal ambiental.
