About the team/role


Explore new projects and strategy to continuously increase platform conversion rate, order volume and profitability (Ad related).


Establish a bridge between KAMs and product/algorithm team to develope platform Ad capability and Ad strategy for Restaurant brands and Grocery brands.



In this role, you'll be...
  • Responsible to analysis the Ad opportunies and potential Ad brands in different restaurant category and CPG category
  • Define the pricing strategy in different modules and positions.
  • Find target users cohorts and Ad strategy for different brands to help them get relevant traffic and growth their business by Ad campaign.
  • Develop the Ad product capability, set up Ad campaign and analysis the Ad performance.

  • 4+ years of operations or platform Ad related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data.
  • Client success mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability.
  • Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.
  • Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
