Within IT, we play a proactive role in driving business value for our brands, functions, and markets by providing innovative, reliable, and efficient information and data technologies. Your Tasks- You assist users across the Americas in Sales Order, Supply Chain, and Finance domains
- You diagnose issues and guide affected departments on resolving them
- You communicate issues requiring changes in ERP or middle-ware systems to second-level support teams
- You evaluate current processes based on local and global standards and support users through training and adaptation
- You contribute to worldwide projects and subprojects focusing on both waterfall and agile methodologies
- You maintain close collaboration with Implementation Managers to ensure adherence to Beiersdorf guidelines
- You hold a degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- You possess initial professional experience in consulting or a similar setting
- You have expertise in agile and waterfall projects
- You have experience in the entire ANSI X12 message area
- You thrive on diverse and challenging tasks within project environments
- You are passionate about innovations and their implementation
- You have a global mindset and can effectively collaborate in internationally dispersed teams
- Your English proficiency is excellent
