En Experis Manpower, por motivos de crecimiento interno hacia nuevos proyectos, estamos en búsqueda de un Bussines Development Manager en venta de servicios de headhunting de TI puramente.
Resumen del Puesto:
El Business Development Manager desempeñará un papel clave en el crecimiento y expansión de la empresa a través de la identificación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Será responsable de establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios comerciales, así como de impulsar estrategias de crecimiento a través de la adquisición de nuevos clientes y la expansión de la cartera existente.
Responsabilidades: Identificar oportunidades de negocio mediante la investigación de mercado y la evaluación de tendencias y necesidades del cliente. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales y existentes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones personalizadas. Colaborar con equipos internos para diseñar estrategias y soluciones que satisfagan las demandas del mercado y generen ingresos. Negociar acuerdos y contratos con clientes y socios comerciales, asegurando condiciones ventajosas para ambas partes. Participar en actividades de generación de leads, seguimiento de prospectos y cierre de ventas. Monitorear y reportar sobre el progreso de las iniciativas de desarrollo de negocios, incluyendo métricas de desempeño y KPI. Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y cambios en la industria, y adaptar las estrategias comerciales en consecuencia. Contribuir a la expansión del alcance de la empresa, explorando nuevos mercados y segmentos de clientes.
Requisitos:
Lic. en Comercio, Mercadotecnia o afín.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios de reclutamiento.
Conocimiento de perfiles de TI.
Inglés avanzado.
Manejo de métricas y KPI ́s.
Prospección de nuevos clientes en presencial y virtual.
Manejo de herramientas de generación de leads.
Experiencia probada como Business Development Manager o en un rol similar en desarrollo de negocios, principalmente en nuevos proyectos.
Sólida comprensión de las dinámicas del mercado y la industria en la que opera la empresa.
