Major Tasks

  • Co - creation of the National / Regional commercial strategy.
  • Operation strategy design for the sales force.
  • Analysis and evaluation of the criteria of potential customers and points of sale Development of comprehensive business plans with regional clients.
  • Control of the planning / collection process of the clients under your charge.
  • Ensure the flow of information to the Regional Managers and the productivity of visiting point of sale nationwide.
  • Administration of human and financial resources assigned.

Skills.

  • Bachelor Degree Budget Management, Knowledge of the administrative process, Strategic / tactical Planning, basic financial knowledge, Marketing and negotiation.
  • 5 and 8 years in sales or commercial of OTC products and / or mass consumption at the point of sale, distributors and direct sales level.
  • Management of work teams, (Coaching & leadership) Requires ability to manage field teams national level of, at least, 50 people + promoters and demonstrators teams.
  • Individual must be a strong assertive leader that can work under pressure always oriented towards achieving results and able to manage complex relationships and a strong supervising with his team
