This role is a key part of our Maintenance Operations Excellence team, working closely with the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers to implement, ensure compliance, and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and supporting systems.
- Responsible for analyzing and improving daily operations using key performance indicators (KPIs) and agreed-upon focus areas.
- Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
- Support the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers in setting and following up on targets according to the Field Operations Management Model.
- Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in the use of maintenance tools and processes.
- Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, and maintenance profile optimization in the field.
- Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.
- Provide hands-on support for new deployments, the implementation, utilization, and constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of statistics programs or software.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
